It's Never Too Late!
Research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that people who were more active in their twenties tended to be healthier when they were older, as opposed to those who spent their youth just hanging out. The study reports the fitter 20 year old gained 6 pounds less by the time they were 30 than their inactive counterparts.
However, while creating that trend early in life more likely leads to a long term commitment later in life, making the commitment at any age will lead to the same results in time! In other words, it's never too late!
