We are proud to say we are the country's premiere authorized retailer for indoor cycling equipment, including a wide array of other high quality cardio fitness equipment for your personal or commercial fitness needs.

Ordering & Purchases

Is my payment secure?

We guarantee that every transaction you make on Indoor Cyclery.com will be 100% safe. The checkout and confirmation areas of our site are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS PCI-DS which  ensures the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Is there any sales tax?

There is NO sales tax on any purchase store wide.

What financing options do you offer?

PayPal Credit®, which is a simple way to make online purchases without using a credit card. There are no payments + no interest if your purchase is paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more. Just check out with PayPal and choose PayPal Credit. Subject to credit approval.

Does Indoor Cyclery offer a price match?

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, indeed. We often work in tandem with the top brands in the industry to offer bulk order discounts to fitness clubs, bike studios, schools and other venues throughout the US. Contact us at sales@indoorcyclery.com for a price quote.

 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from the manufacturer, from whichever distribution center is closest to you.

What companies do you use for delivery?

UPS, Fed Ex and for heavier equipment or bulk orders: Demar Logistics, Old Dominion and Roadrunner Transportation Services.

How long will my delivery take?

We aim to ship your order in 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times vary based on the shipping address. If there are any delays, we will do our best to let you know. 

Do you offer in home delivery and set up?

Yes, we do offer in home delivery and setup for a wide array of equipment. Be in touch with one of our sales reps to ask if it's possible for your order. An additional charge will apply.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is made easy. After your item ships you will be sent tracking information as well as status updates up until delivery. 

 Warranty, Service & Returns

What is the warranty on my purchase?

  • Manufacturer Warranty (authorized online retailer): Manufacturer's warranties vary per product. For more information on a product's warranty, please contact one of our sales representatives.
  • Extended Service Warranty: Available for most products sold through our store. For more information on a product's warranty, please contact one of our sales representatives.

How do I make a return?

To return a product, please send an email to returns@indoorcyclery.com with the reason for returning the item.  Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  A 15% restocking fee may apply.

*Orders from Sunny Health & Fitness may be returned within 30 days only if the product was received defective as determined by the supplier.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

If your product is defective, or sustains damage during shipping, please contact us at support@indoorcyclery.com right away. We will exchange defective products as quickly as possible. All items need to be returned in their original packaging.
