Is there any sales tax?

There is NO sales tax on any purchase store wide.

Is there a financing option?

What is the warranty on my purchase?

You receive the 100% Full Manufacturer Warranty on all items.  For more information on the details of a specific product's warranty, please contact one of our sales representatives.

An extended service warranty is available for most products sold through our store. For more information on a specific product's extended warranty options, please contact one of our sales representatives.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from the manufacturer, from whichever distribution center is closest to you.

What companies do you use for delivery?

UPS and Fed Ex. For heavier equipment or bulk orders: Demar Logistics, Old Dominion, Roadrunner Transportation Services and others.

How long will my delivery take?

The current delivery time frame is listed on each product page. Delivery times vary based on the manufacturer and shipping address. Due to COVID-19 delays may occur, we will do our best to let you know. 

Do you offer in home delivery and set up?

Yes, we offer in home delivery and/or expert assembly for a wide array of equipment. Be in touch with one of our sales reps to ask if it's possible for your order. An additional charge will apply.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is made easy. After your item ships you will be sent tracking information as well as status updates up until delivery. 

Cancellations & Returns

How do I cancel my order?

Indoor Cyclery is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

To cancel an order for a full refund, simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online to let us know and we will process the refund immediately.

How do I make a return?

To return a product that has already shipped for a full refund, just send us an email at returns@indoorcyclery.com with the reason for returning the item.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. See our full shipping policy for details and exceptions.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

If your product sustains any damage during shipping, please contact us at support@indoorcyclery.com right away. We will exchange defective products free of charge as quickly as possible. All items need to be returned in their original packaging.
