 It is well known that most people who lose weight eventually put it back on. Regardless of the diet used to drop the weight (low fat, low carb, etc), it is a challenge for most dieters to keep it off.  Researchers recently studied a large diverse group of dieters who bucked the trend and managed to stay at their new and more desirable weight. The common denominators for this successful group were: 


  1) They ate breakfast every day
  2) They did not look at the scale more than once a week
  3) They maintained a regular exercise regimen
  4) They watched less than 10 hours of television a week
