Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping Policy: 

Indoor Cyclery offers free shipping coast to coast within the continental U.S. No minimum order required!  

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number included. Congratulations, this means that we have received your order in our system and it will be submitted for immediate shipment! If your item(s) is on back order or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone to let you know.

Order Shipment:

We aim to ship in 2-3 business days from the time you placed the order. As soon as your order ships we will send the tracking # to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days from the time of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@indoorcyclery.com.

Damages:

If your product is defective, or has sustained damage at all during shipping, please contact us at support@indoorcyclery.com and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible free of charge. All items need to be returned in their original packaging. 

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will process your refund right away. 

To return a product that has already shipped, please send an email to returns@indoorcyclery.com with the reason for returning the item. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product.  After we receive back the returned item, refunds will be issued to the credit card that you used when placing your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply. 

*Orders from Sunny Health & Fitness may be returned within 30 days only if the product was received defective as determined by the supplier. This does not does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse. All return shipping costs must be sent prepaid by the customer.

*All Bodycraft products are only returnable if still unopened in its factory sealed box.
