Free Shipping Policy: 

Indoor Cyclery offers 100% free shipping coast to coast within the continental U.S. No minimum order required!  

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number included. Congratulations, this means that we have received your order in our system and it will be submitted for immediate shipment! If your item(s) is on back order we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone to let you know.

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship directly from the manufacturer. As soon as your order ships we will send your tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Delivery is curbside, i.e. outside the residence.

Damages:

If the product itself sustains any damage at all during shipping, please contact us at support@indoorcyclery.com and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible free of charge. All items need to be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Indoor Cyclery is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

To cancel an order, simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order to let us know and we will process your refund immediately.

To return a product that has already shipped for a full refund, just let us know at support@indoorcyclery.com with the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product at the discretion of the manufacturer. After the returned item is received, refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned orders, not including defective or damaged shipments.

Exceptions include:

*Sunny Health & Fitness: All products are only returnable only if received defective as determined by the manufacturer. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse. 

*Keiser: The Keiser M3 bike must be returned within 15 days. There may be a 15% restocking fee for all items that are not received in the original condition received by the customer. 

*Spinning: A 20% restocking fee will apply. 

*Schwinn, Star Trac and StairMaster: Returns will be accepted only when the package is unopened, and must be authorized in advance by the manufacturer. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge of the original purchase price.
